Some of the best memories are the ones that happen away from work, cameras, and planned schedules. In November, we took a family road trip through Central Greece, with a few beautiful stops along the way.
Our first stop was Galaxidi, a quiet seaside town where we wandered through its picturesque streets and enjoyed a short break before continuing into the mountains. From there, we spent a day in Arachova, surrounded by the autumn colours and the atmosphere of one of Greece’s most charming mountain destinations.
The final stop was Pavliani, where we spent a day exploring the village and its famous forest park. Built around the springs of the Asopos River, the park combines nature with playful, handmade installations, wooden bridges, swings, hammocks, and even a musical bridge that plays notes as you cross it.
For me, this Journal is less about documenting a destination and more about keeping a record of the little moments along the way: the landscapes, the family time, the autumn light, and the simple joy of getting in the car and discovering somewhere new.
