In 2018, I set off on a short motorcycle trip to Parga, passing through Astakos and Paleros along the way. For this adventure, I left the digital gear behind and brought along two retro film cameras: a Nikon F loaded with color film and a Canon EX with black and white film.
The films were old and expired, and both cameras showed their age with a bit of mold and hairline scratches on the lenses.
Despite the imperfections, the results carried a unique character that only vintage photography can deliver. Shooting with these retro cameras reminded me of the simple joy of film photography and the beauty found in unexpected flaws.
